We've only used it a few times since we got it for Christmas but so far it works very well, and by freezing coke in an ice cube tray we were able to make our own Coke Slurpees!

Overall the machine works good and does what it's supposed to do, but iced gets jammed somewhat in shaving mode. Still worth the purchase.
